Not only do we help people shape their beautiful place, according to their personality, but we also enjoy every moment immensely. When we have to find ideas for Christmas decoration, well, we bring back childhood moments for at least a moment. And what could be more beautiful than finding such an easy way to enjoy the most beautiful period of life a little longer?

Since we like to share, today we tell you a story. The story of the most beautiful houses, those that await Christmas in their own personal style! Our designers have shared with us a series of ideas for decorating the Christmas house, both inside and outside. Branded, miniature elements help create a story space where the styles are decided by us. The door, the place where visitors meet for the first time, would not be complete without a fir wreath or, more recently, from twigs, fir cones, wooden letters or cranberries., dried oranges and cinnamon. At the entrance to the house, we can reuse a jar in which to place a candle decorated with fir branches.

Table arrangements are as popular today as the Christmas tree, as they offer a festive spirit, suitable for festive meals. Candles, garlands, wreaths, natural or metallic elements, mini fir trees or winter flowers can find their place in the table’s center.

Christmas is about joy and beauty, and home decor should convey a “Welcome” for holiday parties and festive meals. All the tips recommended by our interior designers are ideal for arranging a place in accordance to our deepest desires. Let your creativity take the lead in the most beautiful month of the year!

Interior Design – New York Style

We recently returned from the USA and we can’t help but share with you some thoughts about New York. When it comes to interior design, here you will find apartments and houses built in an original and representative style. This journey’s experience has only strengthened our convictions.

The style of New York is, indeed, perfect, with details that have shaped its unique, dynamic and always trendy image! Manhattan is the place where the concept of loft apartments was born with their large windows, where the emphasis is on light and a simple decor, with oversized pieces and discreet tones. It is almost impossible to confuse the style of this area with any other in the world. Here everything is built to the extreme and you will notice this fact in the size of the rooms. You can have the smallest or the largest kitchen in New York while the living room can also be the opposite.

Strange geometries bring a new shine to small spaces, the juxtaposition of white tones with grays, black, or earth tones, the combination of a classic line with modern elements, all are found in the interior design of Manhattan apartments.

Our inspiration comes from the antique shops, so common here, from the craft fairs but also from the showrooms of the largest furniture and accessories companies in the world. However, New York is such a rich land, with so many places full of inspiration, that for a designer it is so wonderful to be able to develop interior design projects. From here we were inspired for projects that Bucharest only now has the courage to sketch, projects that combine the style of the ’80s with today’s eclectic style or projects with industrial details, whether we are talking about pieces of furniture or finishes. New York teaches you the simple, clean style, with elements that you could never have imagined together.

Unusual geometries bring a new shine to small spaces, the juxtaposition of white tones with grays, black, or earth tones, the combination of a classic line with modern elements, all are found in Manhattan apartments.

Fall on the Wall

We are working on the newest iDecorate project and we chose, together with our client, a decoration in the color tones of this year, Marsala. We thought we’d recommend some small changes in the autumn shades to add a little warmth to rooms that are more prepared for summer. This season’s color palette is all about orange and shades of brown, thus we recommend to use them with white furniture or accessories to create a clear, bright image for the beautiful sunny days of this period.

You could opt for a deep color on a single wall, achieving a striking effect without overwhelming the rest of the room, as might happen if all the walls were painted in the same intense shade.

Bright orange and shades of gray are a popular duo for modern interiors. The result is a kitchen with personality, with a new and cool trend, especially since these rooms lose their creative output.

Here’s a little suggestion from us, some color options inspired by the shades of autumn, for walls, fabrics or even pieces of furniture.

When a season changes, many other things in our lives change as well. From clothes, shoes, sometimes our mood, to the way we decorate our apartment, especially since home accessories have become increasingly easier to purchase.

Choose a creative autumn!

Autumn is that time of the year when we need an extra blanket, when the outside landscape changes colors, as so does the interior of the apartments. 2015 brings changes compared to previous years, when bright colors are less prominent for the cold months. Of course, shades of gray still remain in trend, along with black, white, beige, brown but also metallic tones, such as bronze or copper.

Wood is a suitable choice for this fall, in combinations that bring a rustic vision and a sense of simplicity.

Texture and Pattern Madness

We’ve never hidden how much we love kitchens and their accessories. This fall is all about the details. Ceramic mugs, plates, and bowls alongside wooden accessories allow new trends to find their place in our homes for a longer period of time.

Bold, geometric patterns have appeared since the beginning of the year, for certain accessories of the spring-summer season, but autumn brings a sense of comfort and relaxation through rugs, linens or tablecloths.

A beautiful morning begins, for many of us, with a coffee, relaxing in the kitchen. Some kitchens are bright, others, however, keep classic lines, but when it comes to “home”, happiness is offered in countless ways.

We love to outline kitchens, precisely because of the idea of creating a place where our clients start their day happy. That is why, for its design, we always take into account the profile of our client.

Today we tell you about happiness beautifully wrapped in accessories and furniture, in a completely and completely special room, about how a simple space becomes a fabulous kitchen!

New York Style

The style of a New York kitchen is one that can be easily adapted in any place, thanks to the small space dedicated to this room. White, vintage furniture with smartly incorporated appliances offers more space and helps to handle each object more easily. The mirror attached to one of the walls creates the illusion of a larger space and the stainless steel accessories hanging from the ceiling are the most inspired choice for such a narrow place.

Industrial

Industrial finds its place not only in Horeca projects, but also in those dedicated to a seemingly trivial kitchen in an apartment. The solid wood floor, the raw steel details, the walls covered in simple ceramic tiles with a vintage accent, the solid wood furniture, as well as the floor and many stainless steel accessories, all represent the solution for an extremely current, unique and very cool kitchen.

English Country

This type of kitchen is fascinating due to the special ceramic tiles, most of them designed and made in Italy, with white and gray wooden furniture and white leather chairs with stainless steel legs. Designed for any country, with contemporary materials, it evokes the spirit of 19th century England.

Moroccan Influences

Moroccan influences are very modern in interior design around the world. From materials brought from Morocco and used for linens, curtains, pillowcases to wallpaper or ceramics with very chic motifs and extremely easy to match a simple concept, all of them represent a global trend adapted by many designers today. This kitchen is beautiful and practical, with furniture designed on a practical line, with open shelves that start from the cabinets, blue glass chandeliers and a refined mosaic to which are added accessories and tableware from Morocco.

Bold Black

This type of kitchen represents a different approach, less boring and unique in terms of colors that blend perfectly with each other. This kitchen can be added with accessories from a very wide range of shapes and colors.

Epoxy Resin Flooring in Interior Design

We recently developed a design project for a 3-bedroom apartment in a nearby neighborhood, on which we focused on ideas that we implemented for the first time. The epoxy resin floor is for us a surprising experience and an inspired choice.

Epoxy resin floors are sustainable solutions for both industrial, commercial and, more recently, residential projects. While in other Western European countries or in America this type of flooring has been successfully implemented in design projects, in other places, we are only starting to enjoy this option.

Resin offers the advantage of an extremely hard surface, with a high degree of flexibility under stress, offering durability under impact and thermal shock. This type of flooring has become popular mainly due to its glam appearance but also its advantages and features. Thus, it is gaining ground over conventional surfaces, such as parquet or tiles, being initially a recommended approach for kitchens.

Hygiene and maintenance

A continuous surface, without thresholds, partitions or separation lines, it provides an impenetrable barrier and requires only efficient and easy cleaning.

Attractiveness and safety

The design of the floor can have countless variations, both in color and surface. Whether we choose a diverse range of colors or patterns, the attractiveness of this surface is certainly undeniable. In terms of safety, an anti-slip version can be achieved by adding aggregates with granulometry to the base layer.

Low long-term costs

Epoxy resin flooring offers a cost-effective long-term solution due to its very high durability, interior designers recommending it also because of its excellent quality.

If initially this option for home decoration could not be taken into account, designers have developed a series of impressive projects for the most diverse rooms, whether we are talking about high surfaces or less spacious apartments. WARM COLORS

Warm colors typically stimulate the mind and energize the body. They make large spaces feel warm and inviting. However, they are not particularly relaxing, so they are not recommended for the rooms of very energetic children.

For a balanced decor, combine warm and cool shades.

Warm, comforting, and cozy, orange is a color that stimulates and encourages social interaction and communication. However, too much orange, especially if it’s a strong shade, can be overstimulating.

RED

PINK

This is the color universally associated with girly things and princesses, and it’s no coincidence. Pink is a calming and relaxing color, evoking femininity and empathy. Initially, it has a calming effect, but it can lead to agitation and anxiety, so don’t use only pink in your interior design.

COOL COLORS

Compared to warm colors, cool tones usually have a calming effect on the body and mind. They are used in interior design because they create spaciousness and comfort. However, dark shades should be moderately and properly used in interior design in order to avoid creating a gloomy atmosphere.

BLUE

Blue is the opposite of red. It has a calming effect, lowers blood pressure, and reduces anxiety and aggression. Blue is also a good color choice if you want to create a cool environment in a warm, humid place. However, some specific shades, such as gray-blue, can create a rather gloomy ambiance.

GREEN

Green is associated with nature, symbolizing health and well-being. It has a calming effect on the body, increases focus, and some studies show that it can even improve reading ability. These characteristics make green the optimal color to use in interior design for study environments.

PURPLE

This color is also glamorous and mysterious, perfect if you want to create an interior design with a more sophisticated look.

The color is associated with royalty and luxury, but also with wisdom and spirituality. Pastel shades such as lilac and lavender are calming and serene. At the same time, darker shades can be harsh and aggressive.

WHITE

Angelic and pure, white is associated with innocence and inspires a calm and cool atmosphere. White is also associated with secrecy, modernity, so it is best to add a splash of color to your interior design to evoke openness, communication.

GRAY

A few subtle shades of pink, green, and purple can create a balanced interior design.

Although gray is often seen as a gloomy and sad color, it can also evoke other emotions. For example, gray inspires contemplation and thus has a calming and relaxing effect. However, it mostly inspires loneliness, so it is preferable to use it in combination with warm tones and bright colors in interior design.

BLACK

Although not a conventional choice in interior design, a darker decor for a child’s room can be relaxing.

Black elements are rarely used in the interior design of children’s rooms. It is a strong and dark color and should be properly used in interior design. It is recommended to use it if the room has large windows, lots of natural light and it is recommended to use it in combination with contrasting shades.

BROWN

Use contrasts to your advantage to highlight certain accents of the interior design.

Earthy, warm and stable, brown is a great color for decorating a child’s room. However, try to use either dark brown or beige to avoid creating an unpleasant decor due to associations with ugly and dirty things.

Efficient dressing room arrangement

Expert advice and strategies for completely eliminating chaos and creating well-organized closets.

Double Bar – Hanging rods with hooks mounted over existing rods are a smart, inexpensive, and quick way to create extra space for small clothes.
Valet Hook
On the outside of your closet, mount a hook or removable rod to hang freshly cleaned and ironed clothes before putting them in the closet. You can also use it to prepare clothes for parties, vacations, or for going to the office the next day.
Hangers
There’s a good reason why wire hangers are free: They’re practically worthless. If you want to prolong the lifespan of your clothes, don’t hang them on flimsy wire or plastic hangers. Wooden hangers and padded hangers are the best ways to keep your clothes looking new.
Baskets
Place wallets and small clutch bags in baskets. This keeps them organized and prevents them from getting tangled and damaged.
Hooks
Straps invariably get tangled or lost on the floor or in the closet. The solution? An elegant hook that keeps them organized and takes up minimal space. This way they will be easily accessible and easy to find.
Boxes
Instead of filling your dresser drawer with various jewelry boxes, store them in your closet. In the attached photo, small labeled boxes are nested inside a larger box that can be placed on a shelf.
Shoe “pockets”
An innovative, shorter version of the traditional shoe rack fits perfectly with a double-bar system.
Shoes on the door

Hanging shelf
If you don’t have enough shelves in your closet, hang a fabric shelf on your clothes rail. A unit with drawers can also provide storage for socks and underwear.

These will prevent leaning towers of cashmere from tipping over (even if the sweaters aren’t perfectly folded) and keep things organized.
