While many years ago, houses were decorated with numerous paintings and furniture was filled with knick-knacks of all sizes, today, arranging a space has become much more simplistic and minimalist. One of the most convenient ideas to give a home a special touch is the use of decorative stickers. The most significant benefit of using decorative stickers is that, if they no longer satisfy your desires, you can remove them without leaving marks on the wall.

The library is an essential element of a home’s decor, providing balance, warmth and personality to the space. Beyond the books, which are the focal point of a library, you can arrange various decorative objects on the shelves. The library should seamlessly integrate into the overall decor and furniture of the home.
We know, books in stacks arranged on the floor give the room a bohemian air and a special charm, but it is not a model of a functional and airy space. Therefore, we are willing to show you some tips and ideas for arranging a library at home.
Where to place your library
If space allows, you can integrate a library into a specific room, where in addition to bookshelves you can arrange the entire space as a relaxation or work place. Another option for a library is the living room – you can arrange it on the window wall, behind the sofa or on a single wall (if space allows).
If you have an apartment with a long, narrow hallway, you can set up the library along one of its walls. This way, you make use of the space reserved for the purpose of moving between rooms, while adding personality to the area.
If you have a corner in your home that you think is difficult to furnish but still don’t want to leave it empty, you can opt for a corner shelf that matches the design of the entire room. The shelf will easily fit books, but you can also decorate it with photo frames, candles or flower pots.
Organizing Books
There are a variety of ways to organize the books in your library – alphabetically, by color, or if you want a minimalist decor, you can wrap your books in white or kraft paper to keep the color scheme in the room. But you also need to think about efficiency and not spending hours searching for the book you need. If you choose to organize your books alphabetically, it may look chaotic because there will be books of different sizes and colors. To simplify the process, organize your books by category and alphabetically. Books within the same category are often similar in size, making the arrangement easier. Thus, you can efficiently find the book you need.
Personalizing the bookcase
There are people who prefer a bookcase that is strictly meant for books, but there are also people, who would prefer to personalize their bookcase with decorative elements. So, for a modern look, you can add accent lights for the shelves – LED strips, recessed spotlights. If you want a minimalist library, opt for organic elements – add small pots with plants, stones and shells or fir cones to the shelves.
If you don’t have many books in your collection, you can play with their organization and at the same time personalize the bookcase – coherently decorate it; for example, arrange a few books vertically and next to them add a decoration, but on the next shelf arrange the books centrally, in a horizontal stack.
You can decorate the bookcase with small paintings, photo frames, colorful vases, candles, wooden decorations, vacation souvenirs. If space allows, you can place a comfortable chair or armchair in front of the bookcase in order to sit comfortably while reading or study.
The library is a source of inspiration and spiritual satisfaction, so pay attention when arranging it. Let your imagination take the lead when designing the library, but respect the main rules: order, balance and highlighting the value of the library through adequate lighting.

Are you spending New Year’s Eve at home with friends? Then it means you need to set up your home for the party. Depending on the number of guests, you need to make some arrangements in the house so that they are welcomed properly. Therefore, we have prepared some tips that will help you in setting up your house for the perfect party.
Setting up the room where the party will take place
Usually, the living room is the room organized for parties, so you need to know how to set up the space correctly. Take into account the number of guests, remove decorations that can break from the room and remove extra furniture – the coffee table, for example, especially since you will also need space to dance.

Everyone should have a place at the table
The festive table should be large enough to accommodate all the guests, including the hosts. Decorate the table in a festive spirit. We recommend a white tablecloth, white dishes with gold trim, simple glasses and gold cutlery. As decorations, you can opt for gold candlesticks with white candles.
Music for Every Taste
Yes, you will definitely be dancing. So, it’s important to plan ahead the music you’ll play for listening and dancing. Choose songs that will satisfy all people.

Children’s Play Area
You should find out in advance if your guests will be bringing their children. Set up a space in another room where they can play or sleep so they don’t get bored. You can buy some coloring books and paints to keep the little ones occupied.

3 essential things for your New Year’s Eve party
Champagne glasses – you can’t overlook this aspect on New Year’s Eve, and if you want to add a special touch to the party you’re organizing, we recommend choosing glass or crystal champagne glasses in which you can add pomegranates (pomegranate is the symbol of abundance for the Mediterranean);
Clock – it is very important, as it marks the entrance into the new year; the clock cannot be ordinary, it becomes the focal point that all eyes will turn to at midnight. Therefore, you need a special but also very precise clock – you don’t want to miss a single second of the new year.
Fruit bowl – one of the New Year’s traditions says to eat round fruits, these symbolize coins, therefore money. So, put a special bowl of fruits such as grapes, pomegranates, oranges on the table. A snack between the main dishes would be very appreciated by the guests.
Cheers to 2020!

There are still a few days until Christmas, the holiday that brings us together and gathers the whole family around the lavish table. Setting the Christmas table becomes the main concern before the whole family gathers around it. But how do we set the table in a manner that gives it a festive air? We have prepared some ideas to inspire you.
Rustic style setting
The rustic approach to setting the Christmas table emphasizes simplicity and the connection with nature. Everything is natural, from the decorations to the napkins and tablecloth. So, instead of shiny ornaments, choose pots with fir trees, cones, fir branches or dried orange slices. Opt for a linen or cotton tablecloth and napkins, choose white, simple dishes, without decorative elements and simple glasses. To enhance the rustic picture, choose gold cutlery and gold candle holders with white candles decorated with fir branches.
Classic red and gold arrangement
This type of arrangement is chosen by most of us. The combination of red and gold is specific to the winter holidays. For the classic red-gold approach, start with a beige tablecloth and beige placemats. Enhance with red textile napkins that contrast the placemats and tablecloth. Choose white tableware with gold decoration and gold cutlery. You can opt for simple glasses or ones with gold decoration. As decorations, you can opt for simple gold candlesticks and white candles, while around them you can create arrangements of fir branches, cones and small red globes.
Modern Decoration
The modern approach to Christmas table setting is what we now call “modern lifestyle” – simplicity and speed. You need a white cotton tablecloth (you don’t have to worry if it’s not ironed), and to create a point of interest choose a piece of fabric in a neutral shade that you can decorate with fir branches or cones. You can decorate the table napkins with fir branches or small baubles that you can tie with a gold ribbon, and for the tableware you can choose white plates with square shapes and elegant lines. Opt for simple glasses and gold cutlery. Complete the decor with gold candlesticks and white candles with gold accents.
In conclusion, all you have to do is choose an approach that matches your home decor, then select the colors, textures, and finishes, balancing everything in an arrangement that will surprise your loved ones.

Three, two, one…let’s start decorating your home for Christmas! But do you know what colors to use and what are the most suitable combinations? We are telling you – a combination of two colors is the best choice. For inspiration, we have prepared some color schemes to create an effective decoration!
Gold and silver
The gold-silver combination will definitely bring the holiday spirit to your home as well as a magical atmosphere! Choose globes, candles and candle holders, stars and other decorative objects in this color combination and you will definitely not fail!

Gold and Red
A gold-red decor denotes elegance and simplicity. The gold beautifully complements the red shade, highlighting it. It is a classic color combination that will create a pleasant and festive atmosphere.
Blue and Silver
For a minimalist and elegant decor, you can choose a color combination based on silver and blue. You will definitely bring the charm of winter to your home.
Green and Red
For a vibrant and classic decor at the same time, this color combination is perfect, improving any space decorated in simple colors! Red is specific to Santa Claus, and green will remind you of the beauty of a natural Christmas tree. Choose to combine red decorations with natural fir branches. You can also arrange the table on Christmas Day in this color combination.
White and brown
This is a color scheme that is suitable for those who want a natural and at the same time minimalist decor. In this case, the color of the furniture is very important – white or brown furniture will complement the decor very well. For example, you can opt for white and brown (wooden) decorations to enhance the Christmas tree.
Therefore, decide on the colors you want to use, sort your old decorations keeping in mind the colors that you selected, and complement them with some new decorations in the same shades. In the end, your home will be ready for the holidays!

The Christmas tree is the centerpiece of any home during the winter holidays, bringing joy and magic. We all decorate it, no matter the age. On Christmas morning, we find gifts beneath it, while the tree itself becomes the focal point of winter-themed photos. But you should know that for a successful tree, beautiful ornaments and lots of lights are not the only elements that matter, so we have prepared some tricks that can help you obtain an excellent result.

Shopping
The first step is choosing the perfect tree. It doesn’t have to be a tall tree, a smaller one with lots of branches looks great too. An option that many people can afford is to buy an artificial tree – it’s an ideal choice because you only invest once and enjoy the tree for many years. If you prefer a natural tree, we recommend choosing a potted one that you can replant in early spring.

The next step would be to choose decorations based on the theme or color palette. We recommend opting for Christmas-specific colors (red, gold, silver, white) especially if you want to avoid investing in other ornaments next year. For a natural and simple look, you can choose wooden ornaments – there are many options on the market and we can assure you that the final result will be a special one. Another color palette that is frequently used is reflected by the combination of brown and beige tones.
While we are still talking about decorations, we recommend that you purchase globes of different shapes and sizes and not just choose the large ones. For example, elongated globes are perfect for small trees. Don’t forget about light installations – they are also very important if you want a perfect tree. Our recommendation is to choose simple installations, with small white bulbs and green thread.
Step-by-step decorating
The first thing to consider is the placement of the tree – we know, you can’t put it in the middle of the room, but avoid hiding it behind a bookcase or sofa. Find a good place where it can be easily noticed, allowing it to shine in all its glory.
When decorating the tree, start with the lighting installation – arrange the lights from the top of the tree down to the base, ensuring they are evenly spaced. Leave enough room at the tips of the branches for the ornaments to stand out.
Garlands and metal beads are the ones you can put on the tree after the light installation is arranged. However, do not focus too much on these types of decorations and do not overload the tree with thick tinsel.
Now comes the top – whether it is a snowflake, angel or another type of ornament, opt for one that fits the theme and chosen color scheme.
The next decorations would be the baubles, bells and other specific elements – make piles for each type of ornament and arrange them evenly throughout the tree in order to create a beautiful aspect. Start from the top to the base. Place the more precious ornaments at the top. Don’t leave everything at the tip of the branches, go towards the tree’s trunk in order to create a deeper and a nicer decoration.
Keep these tips in mind, avoid overloading and opt for a simple color scheme, choose a tree that suits your home and you will surely have a Christmas tree like in a fairy tale.

As soon as we pass the middle of November, we start thinking about the most wonderful time of the year – Christmas – and everything that this holiday brings: decorated Christmas tree, sparkling decorations, color and magic. Nothing prepares us better for Christmas than decorations, which bring the magic of the holidays into the house. We can’t imagine Christmas without baubles or installations, that’s for sure. So let’s start prepare the house for Christmas!
Start with a general cleaning!
The most important step in decorating your home for Christmas is cleaning. It’s no use having a beautifully decorated home if it’s messy. Wipe down the threshold, donate things you no longer use, clean the windows to allow more natural light to brighten your space, tidy up curtains and rugs, thus giving your entire home a fresh air.

A Christmassy Entrance
The first thing you see when you enter a house is its entrance. Therefore, you should bring the holiday spirit into your home right from the entrance and pay attention to this space. Decorate your front door with a Christmas wreath or other Christmas accessories, but don’t go overboard with the decorations – choose something simple and effective.
Warm and welcoming atmosphere
During the winter, we all prefer to spend more time indoors, in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Fluffy pillows, soft bedding and rugs bring a feeling of comfort and warmth to the home. Choose decorative pillows with Christmas motifs, fluffy rugs and knitted blankets in colors specific to the winter holidays – red, gold, green.
In order to bring even more holiday spirit into your home, candles are the perfect decorations to create that welcoming atmosphere. Choose scented varieties, such as vanilla, orange, or cinnamon, and integrate them into festive holders.
Light
The key elements in decorating your home for Christmas are lights. Choose installations with small bulbs and lights to create a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere. For the windows, you can create a curtain of lights using special string lights, or design a tree shape with bulbs and light strands for a festive touch. For an extra convivial atmosphere, add installations around the bed or on the door frames.
Bring Christmas closer by decorating your home in the holiday spirit with your loved ones. Grab a mug of hot chocolate, cookies, put on some Christmas carols, and you can start decorating your home for Christmas.

Each apartment is different and has its own characteristics, regardless of whether we are referring to size, partitioning or the needs of the owners. This is a real challenge for any architect. In this case, our team took care of a 3-bedroom apartment’s design, for a young couple who are passionate about traveling. The owners wanted as much storage space as possible, keeping in mind not visually overloading the space. In addition, the two wanted a modern interior with a neutral color scheme. After two months of creating, the result was a bright, organized apartment, with a harmonious decor.
The living room
Although a small space, the living room met the owners’ requirements – a relaxation area and a dining area. The area where the TV was placed was treated as a compact one, with lots of storage space and as few open spaces as possible. We kept the simple lines of the furniture and did not overload it visually. We added a large sofa and an armchair, both in shades of beige. For an extra touch of color and dynamism, the chromatic range was complemented by the curtains’ emerald green. The elegant touch of the living room is given by the glass coffee table, placed right in front of the sofa.

The living room is complemented by a dining area, located right in front of the glass wall that separates the kitchen from the rest of the room. We added a white 6-person table, as well as chairs in shades of beige and emerald green.

The bedroom
The bedroom was designed as a space for rest as well as a work area. The leather-upholstered bed and minimalist white bedside tables emphasize the modern design of the room. We also chose to use geometric elements – the decorative wall cladding is in line with the carpet print, complementing the decorative borders made of profiles on one of the main walls. The work area is reflected by a white desk, in simple lines, and a current and modern armchair-chair with checkered upholstery. To visually enlarge the space, we chose to cover an entire wall with a mirror and use a chromatic range based on white and beige shades. The accent color – blue – was used for one of the walls.

The dressing room
The second bedroom was transformed into a dressing room. We opted for wall-length wardrobes with mirrored doors to visually enlarge the space. We also included a makeup table with an armchair and a sofa bed. The color scheme that we used consists of a few shades, such as white, beige and yellow accents.

The kitchen
The living room and dining area were separated from the kitchen by a glass wall, which helped us visually enlarging the space. In order to have a visual coherence regarding the design, we chose white for the kitchen – furniture with a simple design, without visible handles. Taking into account its small size and to increase its functionality, we structured the furniture on two levels and opted for built-in appliances.

The hallway
In the hallway, we created storage spaces above the front door and on the side wall. We also chose a white and emerald green color scheme to connect with the living room.
The bathrooms
For the two bathrooms, we created storage spaces and opted for furniture with simple lines, in shades of beige. One of the bathrooms has a yellow accent.

A modern apartment, with classic lines and a contemporary ambiance – these are the words that describe the layout of this home. The overall design is clean and well-organized. The simple furniture, clean lines and neutral colors provide a sophisticated atmosphere to the entire space.

A child’s room can be considered their unique universe, a place where they let their imagination run wild and build their own world or simply sleep. And it’s no wonder that arranging such a space is a real challenge. The room should be a space where the child feels most comfortable, but it’s also important to include elements that ensure safety and allow for easy transformation as they grow and their needs change. That’s why we have prepared some practical tips that will help you arrange the child’s room as functionally as possible, but also to maintain the appropriate atmosphere.

Comfort and functionality
When designing a child’s room, you need to consider both comfort and functionality. The bed is the main piece of furniture in the child’s room, it should be durable, with a metal or solid wood frame and a comfortable and long-lasting mattress. You can choose bunk beds if there will be 2-3 children in the room, beds with storage spaces or an oversized bed with a built-in desk to save space.

The desk in the child’s room is also an important part of the entire decor and you should pay close attention when selecting it. The desk should match the style of the room, but at the same time, be spacious enough. We recommend choosing a desk with drawers or storage spaces so that the little one can properly organize his colors, notebooks, coloring books or useful things for school (if he is a child already old enough to go to school). The desk is complemented by the chair, which should be comfortable and ensure the correct posture when writing or drawing.

Your little one’s room can be a real mess, but you can help them organize it. Opt for storage pieces that your child can easily access – colorful boxes and baskets, chests of drawers, shelves, bookcases, and cabinets with drawers.

Play with prints and colors
A child’s room should be a cheerful, colorful space, a room that inspires joy. The colors you should choose for your child’s room are light yellow, blue, light green or a light shade of purple. To increase your child’s creativity and imagination, you can paint a black wall with chalkboard paint. As for a cheerful atmosphere in your little one’s room, choose curtains and decorative pillows with various prints. Choose a proper color scheme and let your imagination take the lead.
Light – an important factor
Ideally, a child’s bedroom should be flooded with natural light, which helps regulate energy levels and sleep schedules. However, we also need artificial light – a chandelier to illuminate the entire room when playing and a lamp or table lamp by the bed or on the desk are enough.

Regardless of the room theme or the colors that were selected, the key aspects in decorating a child’s room are their safety and comfort.
