Kitchen design can be a real challenge, especially when it comes to open-plan kitchens or apartment kitchens, whose small space is already known. We all want a well-organized, bright kitchen with enough storage space. We have prepared an article with 10 well-organized kitchens from our projects that we hope will inspire you.

1. Kitchen in Classic Lines
This type of kitchen openly connects with the living room. It was fitted with custom-made furniture in a warm shade of beige. The furniture is made of a glossy material that properly reflects light, giving depth to the space. The furniture is designed to run along the entire wall, with floor-to-ceiling doors and simple handles for a neat look. The kitchen is fitted with a bar-type island, which provides minimal visibility from the living room to the worktop and makes the transition to the living area easier.

2. L-Shaped Kitchen
In this kitchen, the window area was left unobstructed in order to allow light to properly flood the space. The matte black furniture (similar to the window frames) creates an airy, open feel. For an orderly look, the furniture was designed with milled handles. The countertop area is extended by an island, and this layout provides minimal visibility to and from the living room while working at the counter. All appliances are built into the furniture. Additionally, for the wall in the worktop area, we opted for gray finishes in order to visually connect the dining zone with the living room. The lighting fixtures in the kitchen add an industrial look to the space.

3. The Kitchen of a Three-Room Apartment
We present to you a kitchen that is a separate space, not connected to the living room. In apartment buildings, kitchens are not very generous in terms of space, which made us opt for a made up to the ceiling furniture, with milled handles, in tones of green and white, so as not to weigh down the space. Thanks to this choice, we were able to avoid giving up the generous storage spaces. The used finishes are unitary and simple, perfectly complementing the space.

4. Open Kitchen to the Hallway and Living Room
This kitchen was designed as a cohesive unit with the hallway and living room, with the same basic combination used throughout the rest of the space that the kitchen opens into – gray and wood textures. The large and tall windows allow natural light to flood the space. The lack of a dividing wall allowed us to integrate an island as a place for dining. We created two worktop areas and sufficient storage space in both the suspended and lower cabinets. The furniture was configured according to the project’s plan and to the recipients’ desires.

5. Kitchen Connected to the Living Room Through the Dining Area
Since it opens to the living room, we chose to connect the functionality through the dining area, which is why the kitchen was designed with a simple and neutral decor. The kitchen has an island with a countertop facing the living room, to supplement the storage space. The furniture is custom-made, and the appliances are incorporated so that the overall image is as orderly as possible. To the left of the island, in the free space left next to the refrigerator, we organized a special small area for glasses. Arranged like a display case, this detail complements the ensemble and emphasizes the vertical area of the space.

6. Kitchen Separate from the Rest of the Space by Glass Windows
In order to separate the kitchen from the rest of the ground floor, we opted for glass windows, from ceiling to floor, for a visual effect of a greater space. The kitchen is decorated in a modern style, in shades of black and white. For a unique accent, we covered the wall next to the door with cement-like paint. Organizing the furniture along the entire wall where the window is located gives depth to the space. The furniture was custom-made and was designed without handles for the cabinets and drawers, precisely to create an orderly appearance. The appliances are built-in, and since the space allowed, we also added a dining area for four people to enhance the decor.

7. Simple Kitchen in Neutral Tones
This kitchen, set up in an apartment, has been treated simply, unified and orderly, with a wall decorated with generous custom-made furniture, furniture designed to provide maximum storage. The rest of the kitchen furniture highlights the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The chairs nicely contrast with the natural white and brown shades of the furniture, so that the space is as airy as possible.

8. Gray-Toned Kitchen
We opted for gray as the main color to break the monotony created by the neutral chosen finishes and the color of the walls. Straight lines, hidden/milled handles or push openings were the choices for the furniture. Instead of the classic tiling, we chose white glass – it is easier to maintain and makes the transition between the base and suspended units more smoothly. To improve the atmosphere, we integrated a unit with open shelves in natural pal in the refrigerator area and in the island zone.

9. Small but Well-Organized Kitchen
Although small and cramped at first, after the reconfiguration, it became a spacious kitchen, where all the necessary appliances and storage were perfectly integrated. Thus, we opted for organizing a “soldier’s wall” – to incorporate the refrigerator, oven, boiler and to benefit from as many storage spaces as possible. As a chromatic scheme, we opted for white with accents of turquoise, solar yellow and natural wood. The floor was reconditioned and enhanced with the mosaic inspired from the balcony’s used texture.

10. Minimalist Kitchen
For this kitchen, we chose a minimalist layout, without open spaces, with furniture that integrates all the necessary appliances. Instead of classic tiles, we opted for white, heat-resistant glass, used to finish the area between the countertop and the suspended units. In order not to visually clutter the space, choosing a table with a glass top was the best option.
