We recently completed a design project for a three-bedroom apartment in Dubai, an apartment exclusively for rent through Airbnb. The owners wanted a cozy interior, with personality, nothing too stuffy, but which would still meet the needs of the tourists who choose to stay here. We took all these aspects into account and thought of a decor through which every corner of the apartment would convey a sense of well-being.

The apartment has a generous living room, which we decorated in cozy manner, with ambient lighting, and as a personalization touch, we opted for an accent shade – dark green.

Also in the living room, we organized a relaxation space and a dining area. The blending of the wood-ribbed wall, the white brick veneer, the chairs and the dining table gives the entire living room an industrial feel.

The sofa that we chose is extendable, so if needed, it can become a sleeping place.

The two bedrooms were designed in an industrial style, with the plants, decorations and small accents bringing a unique touch to the rooms.
For the first bedroom, we opted for red brick plywood for the wall behind the bed, black metal nightstands and a black metal bed frame. Ambient lighting plays an important role as well here, creating a cozy atmosphere.

For the second bedroom, we chose white as the predominant shade. We opted for white brick veneer for the wall behind the bed, while for the furniture, we chose all white – a bed with a white metal frame, white metal nightstands, wardrobes and a desk, thus creating a bright and airy space. For the wall in front of the bed, we selected a shade of blue to create a peaceful and calm atmosphere, perfect for a bedroom.

The kitchen is furnished with the bare necessities of a rental apartment. We chose to position the furniture in the lower area. The wall in the upper area was decorated with a patchwork tile pattern, which we used in the bathroom as well.

The bathroom was decorated with white finishes for more brightness and spaciousness – wooden furniture, white subway tiles, white sanitary ware and a walk-in shower. For a touch of dynamism, we opted for a patchwork style ceramic cladding in the shower area, motifs that are also found in the kitchen.
