Spacious Villa with a Modern Interior Design
This elaborated interior design project for a residential villa structured on multiple levels was developed with the clear intention of creating a warm, airy and profoundly functional ambient, in full accordance with the dynamics and needs of a modern family. The extremely close and open collaboration we had with the recipients gave us the freedom to implement a unitary aesthetic approach, in which every decorative element works harmoniously with the practical organization solutions, thus creating an ideal balance between aesthetics and functionality. From a chromatic point of view, the layout relies on a very visually pleasing palette of neutral tones of gray and cream, enriched through delicate accents of pastel-green and elegant textures of natural wood, which manage to confer a special look and a very welcoming atmosphere to the entire space.
In the realization of this layout, the intelligent compartmentalization of the zones and the well-paid attention to ergonomic details facilitate the experience of the users in the daily transition between the common and private spaces of the house. The ground floor hosts a comfortable living room area, whose main element consists of a generous sofa and an integrated bookcase, which has an open connection with the modern kitchen, equipped with a multifunctional island and a bright dining area, in terms of chromatic choice. The interior staircase, elegantly finished, makes the connection to the first floor and the attic, where we configured the intimate bedrooms and the children’s rooms, the latter benefiting from story-specific decors on the walls and generous spaces for activities and storage. The bathrooms were optimized to the maximum through clean finishes and modern ambient lighting systems, while the outdoor terrace perfectly complements the property, offering a space dedicated to relaxation in the open air.
