Refined Villa in Dubai, Interior and Exterior Design
This design project dedicated to a luxury villa in Dubai was approached by our team in a professional manner, applying throughout its construction numerous design techniques and methods that allowed us to achieve a result fully aligned with the owner’s standards. Every single element, both regarding the exterior and interior design of the house, was customized and thought out in such a way as to considerably raise its performance standards from a functional standpoint, while also significantly improving its appearance on an aesthetic level.
Within this project, every piece of furniture, accessory, color shade used, or integrated wallpaper creates a welcoming, elegant and optimally functional ensemble that fully respects the preferences and needs of our clients, with whom we had a remarkable collaboration throughout the entire project. Even though we had to deal with various rooms, namely the living room, kitchen, hallway, bathrooms, and child’s bedroom, and although these should be approached differently to match the beneficiary’s personality, we managed to maintain an absolute thematic uniformity across the entire perimeter of the home, both chromatically and decoratively. Even if the chromatic approach is a minimalist one, predominantly neutral and light shades, we made sure to implement textures, accessories, and other decorative elements that amplify the modern character of the home, giving it a special and authentic aesthetic. Last but not least, the home was not neglected from a technological point of view. Every household appliance, installation and device of any other nature is state-of-the-art and substantially increases the comfort of the villa’s users.
