Refined Residence, Interior Design
This interior design project developed for a modern residence in Dubai was conceived out of the desire to make the most of every square meter of space, placing a special emphasis on functional optimization, smart storage solutions and a modern, welcoming color palette. Right from the initial stages of the arrangement, we aimed to create a coherent visual continuity across all areas of the house, avoiding decorative clutter while prioritizing elegance, comfort and the overall quality of the finishes. Working closely with the owners allowed us to shape a cozy home that exudes contemporary refinement, while offering an immediate sense of warmth and intimacy perfectly tailored to their lifestyle.
Within this project, the day area is marked by a bright living room featuring a comfortable sofa in warm tones, an integrated bookcase and decorative lighting elements with a strong visual impact. The modern kitchen stands out through the elegant pairing of wood textures with wall cabinets in subtle olive green shades, complemented by a compact and practical dining space. The private quarters include an airy master bedroom designed with a decorative accent wall, a color-matched TV console and generous built-in wardrobes, while the bathrooms combine modern ceramic tiles with wood accents and quality fixtures. Last but not least, on a practical level, the residence was enhanced through the efficient organization of the entryway and the setup of a compact utility area dedicated to daily household activities.
