Modern Apartment in Dubai by the Beach
This interior design project for a home in Dubai was specifically conceived to induce the relaxing holiday atmosphere into a modern and particularly functional space. The open collaboration we had with the recipients helped us create a coherent layout that easily features brightness, perfect for relaxation and daily comfort. From a chromatic perspective, the entire concept relies on a fresh palette based on tones of pure white, light wood textures, and marine accents of bleu and turquoise, elements that bring to mind the waves of the sea.
Regarding the actual realization of the design, the intelligent compartmentalization of the zones and the optimization of the furniture facilitate an excellent experience in the daily use of the residence. The main open space area harmoniously integrates a welcoming living room with a comfortable turquoise sofa, a dining area and a minimalist kitchen equipped with a warm wood countertop as well as clean finishes. The bathrooms were treated with special attention, adopting ceramic tiling in aquatic shades and LED-illuminated mirrors, while the entrance area and the hallway are thought out for optimal and fluid storage. The entire ambient is perfectly complemented by the spacious balcony arranged as a lounge and relaxation zone, offering the residents an ideal retreat for warm summer evenings. All these harmoniously combined details manage to offer a clear and coherent design to the space and a very welcoming atmosphere in every room.
