Interior Design for a Modern Residential Apartment
This interior design project developed for a modern apartment in Dubai was designed through the lens of innovative design techniques and methods we have acquired throughout our professional career. Every decorative component, from the color palette used to the premium accessories and finishes, plays an essential role in creating an authentic, elegant and modern setting that fully reflects the owner’s style, preferences and personality, with whom we enjoyed an exceptional collaboration throughout the entire project. One of the main features at the foundation of this design is reflected by the ideal balance between contemporary aesthetics and the optimal functionality of the space.
Within this project, right from the initial stages of the setup, we aimed to create a coherent visual continuity across all rooms of the home, avoiding decorative clutter and prioritizing refinement, comfort and the quality of the finishes. From a chromatic standpoint, we opted for a cinematic approach dominated by dark shades, aiming to create a mysterious, welcoming and deeply relaxing ambiance that highlights the sophistication of every detail in the residence in an elegant light. The ambient lighting sources step in to complement the decor’s theme, enhancing it significantly by highlighting various decorative objects as a result of the smart placement of the light fixtures. Last but not least, the practical side of the apartment was completed through the clever integration of hidden storage spaces and by making the most of the natural light flowing through the generous glass surfaces. Furthermore, state-of-the-art technologies play a crucial role within the design, significantly boosting the users’ comfort while, on the other hand, amplifying its modern character.
