Interior Design for a Luxury Apartment in Dubai
This interior design project was developed for a luxury residential apartment. Our main goal, based on which we chose all the design principles that were applied to this project, was to achieve a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. The comfort of the beneficiaries of this apartment is a priority aspect in the structure of our design. We focused on choosing the most suitable options both in terms of furniture, color range, accessories, but also high-performance devices designed to streamline household tasks, thus reflecting our client’s style and personality as best as possible.
In terms of the development and success of this project, several important elements were main contributors: the color palette, the objects that make up the furniture, the ornamental pieces, the ambient lighting sources and the finishes. From a chromatic point of view, we wanted to maintain an orderly, minimalist, yet modern look that would inspire professionalism and elegance. In this way, we decided to apply neutral shades, with small exceptions in certain paintings, other decorations strategically placed along the perimeter of the home, but also certain pieces of furniture in the child’s room, for which we used yellow and pale pink in order to add a little diversity to the space without interrupting the aesthetic coherence. Spaciousness is another essential aspect that we took into account when arranging the rooms. The positioning of the furniture items was carefully done in an intelligent way to save as much space as possible, amplifying the level of functionality of our design. The latest generation technologies contribute significantly to the comfort of the apartment’s users. The ambient lighting devices were excellently integrated and provide a special ambiance, considerably improving the atmosphere.
